The.cod file is the one that is a bigger file which contains the program itself. Just sending a.jad file would not work as you'll need the.cod.

The alx and jad files is like a desktop icon while the cod is like the exe file. Alx is only used when you're using DM to import files. Jad is used for OTA.jar and.cod both contains the actual file while.alx and.jad is the 'shortcut/icon'. I've tried with vibandring as I have alx, cod and jad files. If I upload only the jad file, it will give me an error unless I have.cod uploaded as well. If I wanted to use DM to install the app, I have to search for alx.
