Yes I'm using MagiCAD plugin for AutoCAD. Both versions is 2018. I've had this problem a long time and we've worked with a few different versions.2015, 2016, 2017. Problem on every single version. I can mention that when we work on Magi/AutoCAD we work towards/on our local server where all our projects are stored. Maybe I just have to download the projectfiles from the server and work locally then upload on server at the end of the day. That would probably speed upp the delay (20-30 seconds waiting time) but doesnt really solve the problem, and I'm going to have to do that every single day so in the end it would be more simple to just stop this command in the programme.

Yes I contacted them. The problem is that my company only have support options from autocad and not magicad. So support from Magicad is not available according to themselves. So I cant find a solution for the problem unless I get in contact with someone who can help me with this.

Thanks for your reply. Hi At least you have identified the cause of the slowness, as for how to close the command 'Updating Project Cache' I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that one. If upgrading the server is out of the question maybe paying for support is the solution. I would contact them first and tell them what you are wanting and if they can help, if they say it cant be done then you know without paying for support. If they say they can help with this then you have to weigh up the cost of support for having it fixed. Sorry I cant be of any further assistance.
